Tashi delek! The IBA, in the heart of Nepal's Kathmandu Valley, provides an ideal retreat atmosphere for Buddhist study, contemplation and meditation. Our Academy teaches key Buddhist treatises, offering a balanced approach of both theory and practice, enabling us to implement the Buddha's teachings in our lives, both "on and off the cushion".
We also offer Tibetan Language courses at several levels, for interested students from all over the world.
