a new initiative to train and develop the next generation of leaders

The IBA School of Leadership’s purpose is to train talented graduates of monastic philosophy schools to be community leaders by serving as administrators, teachers and translators. English and Mandarin immersion will be followed by advance skills in oral and textual translation. Other courses offered will range from Sanskrit to computer literacy to administrative skills and leadership effectiveness.
