The Academy will allow students who are enrolled for the full 3 month semester to stay up to an additional 7 days free of charge to facilitate their travel arrangements. Students enrolled for a shorter duration will receive fewer free days. These days can be distributed between the time prior to commencement of courses and the time after the conclusion of courses. Note: As an example, a student (enrolled for the full 3 months) may arrive three days prior to commencement of the semester and leave four days after conclusion of the semester. This totals the maximum 7 additional days indicated above.
